Relaxing

If you're habitually passive and want to learn assertiveness, it will require learning new skills and practicing them. This guided meditation however, is great for relaxation and explain some of the underlying thoughts and beliefs that drive passivity. When you're relaxed, it is easier to be assertive with others!
