I listened to this book after thinking my relationship with alcohol wasn’t that healthy. I’m by no means an alcoholic but I’m aware that sometimes I can drink too much when I do. It made me feel awful and affected my diet. In the hopes of loosing 15kg I decided to lower my alcohol intake and listen to this. I’ve just had a night out with a very boozy friend, that’s our thing.. we’d always go out and booze together. I drank coke all night. I just didn’t FEEL like drinking. I didn’t look at his drink or anyone else’s drink and think “I’m missing out…” or crave it. AT ALL. I’m so shocked. I was sort of sceptical but I think I’ve just accidentally quit drinking and I don’t mind at all!! I highly recommend this book.
