I tried this after having friends give up cigarettes successfully, and having tried the no smoking cigarettes I found I was changing too many words in my head to trust it would be successful. this audio is considerably shorter but just as effective. I went from approx 6 smokes a day to nothing. I have found myself in the presence of others smoking and whilst I still enjoy the smell I have no cravings. I had a little butter about a month after and I hated it, just did not enjoy the experience at all. I am so pleased I gave this a go as it has so far had a very positive impact on my life... socially, mentally and financially. For 3.5 hours I suggest you give it a go.

The book is amazing, I went from 20g in a week to a 0. Now every time I think about weed it just puts a smile on my face, cause I know I don't have to smoke it anymore :)

I listened to this book last week and with my joint already in my ash trey I never picked it up again, threw my grinders and smoking materials out and today marks 1 week since I last smoked. I have been smoking weed for 10 years plus and using it thinking it was helping me and recently I noticed it just made everything worse. I thought I didn’t have the “willpower” to quit but after listening to this book I’m 1 week no weed and feeling positive for the future, FREE😁. If you genuinely want to quit this is the solution, I thought yeah whatever when I first found it but I can say that it 100% works and I owe so much to Allen, it makes me so sad that he’s no longer here. Ive been saved by his book and only just discovered him now. Allen saved me, thank you❤️❤️
