I don't need to lose weight but I am passionate about nutrition. I recently finished listening to this long but extraordinary audiobook and have been positively impressed. Unlike the other books, this one is broken down into 190 small practical and scientifically proven tips on how to lose weight.
I've particularly appreciated this structure as it allows you to study this book like a textbook, being able to revisit a specific point in the book at any time.
Finally, in the world of nutrition you often find a lot of fluff books, this book on the other hand is based on solid science, you can tell it is not your usual book on how to lose weight that you buy at the beach to pass the time.

This is a really good book if you are struggling to make sense of all the conflicting information out there about trying to lose weight. Its well read and easy to follow. A must for all those that wish to lose weight properly.
