I was disappointed by Eccleston, a professional actor’s, wooden performance. Basic mispronunciations, such as “advertisement” and “Thaddeus”, as well as no attempt to distinguish voices, demonstrated his sad lack of range. It is impossible to ignore that one is listening to someone reading aloud like a school child. He should stick to what he does best!
