Shaun West is a former British Paratrooper, entrepreneur, and business coach. After serving in elite military environments and working globally as a security professional, Shaun built a successful seven-figure business in the private security sector before pivoting into coaching and mentoring. Today, he helps ambitious business owners cut through the firefight of daily operations and build sustainable, scalable companies with clarity and confidence. Drawing on lessons from the Paras, the world of close protection, and his own business journey, Shaun created The Command Framework™ a practical system that gives leaders structure, focus, and accountability. Shaun is also a TEDx speaker and the author of the Tactical Advantage, a field manual for business growth.
