I'm Rob Kemp, a UK-based writer specialising in fatherhood, masculinity and health & fitness. I'm the bestselling author of The Expectant Dad’s Survival Guide, and The New Dad’s Survival Guide. My latest book, The Good Guys - 50 Heroes Who Changed The World With Kindness, published on September 20th 2018. It's a non-fiction children's title telling the stories of some of the world's greatest male role models. My 'Dad's' books give help and advice to expectant and new parents on how to deal with the huge life change that comes with having children. I wrote them after my own experiences as a new dad.
