Paula d'Arcy is the creator and host of Narc Con, a YouTube channel and podcast dedicated to understanding narcissistic personality disorder, covert narcissism and the dynamics of recovery from narcissistic abuse. She started Narc Con in 2019 from nothing, and it has since grown into a community of more than 180,000 subscribers who come together to learn, heal and support one another.

Drawing on personal experience, years of research and her work as a coach, Paula helps survivors make sense of what happened to them, recognize the hidden tactics of manipulation, and rebuild lives of clarity, confidence and purpose. Her book, Weaponized Love: Understanding how Narcissists Think is Key to Protect, Heal and Thrive, takes readers inside the mind of the narcissist and guides them through every stage of healing.
