Nicholas Ryan writes brutal, fast-paced zombie apocalypse novels where ordinary people are thrown into military-scale nightmares.

His stand-alone zombie books – including Ground Zero, Die Trying, Dead Rage, Zombie War and the global epic Dead Storm: The Global Zombie Apocalypse – have all hit the Amazon horror and zombie bestseller charts, praised by readers for their relentless pacing, gritty realism and big, cinematic set pieces.

Drawing on a love of military fiction and end-of-the-world scenarios, Nicholas blends authentic hardware and tactics with claustrophobic survival horror. Every book can be read as a complete story, and most are available in audio as well as ebook and print.

Nicholas lives on the east coast of Australia on a small farm with his fiancée. When he’s not imagining new ways to end the world, he writes modern World War 3 technothrillers under the name Nick Ryan.
