His work blends creative strategy with operational rigor, guiding businesses through go-to-market planning, EOS implementation, and sustainable scaling. Mike is the co-author of SOLD: Selling Outcomes Leading Deals and co-founder of Ivory One, a music production company with credits including Mattel’s Monster High franchise. He is based in Southern California and is passionate about helping teams build brands people trust—and experiences that grow with them.
