Marisa Smith is an Expert EOS Implementer™, speaker, and entrepreneur who specializes in helping organizations extend the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS®) beyond the leadership team to every person in the company. As a marketing agency owner, Marisa experienced firsthand how implementing EOS helped her company break through the ceiling. She later served as Director of Marketing for EOS Worldwide, where she transformed the company's marketing strategy and helped it grow by more than 400%. Her passion for teaching people about EOS inspired her to become an EOS Implementer in 2016, and she's facilitated more than 750 client sessions since then. Drawing on her deep understanding of organizational psychology and change management, Marisa co-authored ROLLOUT: Get Your Entire Team Running on EOS to Achieve Your Vision with Beth Fahey. The book provides a proven four-phase framework—from Preparation to Launch to Integration and Sustainability—for extending EOS throughout an entire organization. Marisa also teaches workshops on the psychology of EOS, helping both implementers and leadership teams understand why EOS works and why organizational change is challenging.
