Beth Fahey is an Expert EOS ImplementerⓇ and co-author of Rollout: Get Your Entire Team Running on EOS to Achieve Your Vision. With over 30 years of leadership experience across industries—from camera assistant in film production to custom cake bakery owner to president of a national trade association—she's learned what effective leadership requires and how difficult it can be without the right framework. After implementing EOS in her own businesses and experiencing both its impact and the challenges of company-wide rollout, Beth became a full-time EOS Implementer in 2018. Since then, she's helped leadership teams not only launch EOS but sustain momentum over the long term. Beth co-created the "How to Be a Great Boss Workshops" with René Boer, a practical program that helps managers become leaders their teams truly deserve. She also hosts the Bad Boss Confessional podcast, sharing authentic stories about leadership—mistakes, lessons, and growth. Beth brings a grounded, creative perspective to EOS implementation, believing it's fundamentally about people, growth, and navigating change with intention. Based in the Chicago area, she's passionate about helping leaders become their best selves in business and life.
