LANDON J. NAPOLEON is the award-winning and critically acclaimed author of more than twenty fiction and nonfiction books. He was born in Boulder, Colorado, and grew up in nearby Ft. Collins. When he was 10 he penned his first novella during a summer writing course cheered on by his librarian mom who typed the final draft.

From that auspicous start, his debut novel "ZigZag" was adapted into a feature film starring John Leguizamo and Wesley Snipes. He is a Barnes & Noble “Discover Great New Writers” finalist, recipient of the coveted Kirkus Reviews star, an Arizona Republic Recommends selection, a Kirkus Reviews “Best of 2021” recipient, and a two-time Publishers Weekly “Editor’s Pick” (both in 2025). He cut his chops with a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Arizona State University and a master’s degree in creative writing from University of Glasgow in Scotland. When he's not writing he's either reading, playing drums, or riding his mountain bike. He lives in Arizona.
