As a nurse for three decades, Jenny Lytle has spent most of her career specializing in end-of-life and hospice care. Life changed when her mom, also a nurse, suddenly passed away. In her grief, Jenny realized that like so many nurses, her mom cared for everyone but herself. Combining her coaching education, nursing background, and personal experiences, Jenny helps nurses on the brink of burnout decrease their stress by recognizing the need for self-care and incorporating simple practices into their already busy lives. She empowers them to become hopeful, energized, and equipped to care for others while making their own needs and values a priority through her proprietary framework, The Becoming Method®. Jenny lives in Indiana with her husband.
