With three books on the theme of behavior and eating, as well as decades of experience supporting others as a Life Actualization coach, Isabel’s work is focused on the nourishing power of self-connection and what it entails to activate our greatest life expression from the inside-out. As a self-described “eternal student”, Isabel’s wisdom has been honed by over 30 years of studying holistic therapeutic modalities, including herbalism, transformative energy work, mind-body connection practices, and homeopathy. After rendering a revolutionary empowering digital app (by the same name—“Nourish”), Isabel set out to craft an interactive reading experience, where readers could discover a gentle, comforting, and therapeutic space to make the shifts they need in order to empower their behaviors, and live with freedom from outworn self-destructive patterns. Nourish provides more than just an engaging read, but offers a means to define nourishment by our own terms, a way to commit to ourselves, and access an unlimited energy of self-love.
