Hello everyone,
Great to see you here.

I have written 4 books. My memoir, On Angels Wings: My Flight from Trauma to Grace, details the sixteen years of child sexual abuse and trafficking I endured.

My second book, Flightpath to Healing: A Guide for Child Sexual Abuse Survivors, is an experiential guide designed to support survivors on their healing journeys.

My third book, Keeping Kids Safe: A Roadmap for Parents, Teachers and Others, provides practical information and tools to help adults protect children from sexual abuse.

My fourth book, My Body’s Talking to Me, teaches children aged 4–9 to recognise their body’s warning signs, trust their feelings, identify Safe Adults and know how to ask for help.

I created the Global Hand Sign for Under 16s to give children a way to show they need help. I am the founder of Handing the Shame Back Foundation, a charity aimed at prevention of child abuse and supporting survivors, and I host the Handing the Shame Back YouTube and podcast channel.
