Erica Ariel Fox is the author of the New York Times best seller Winning From Within: A Breakthrough Method for Leading, Living, and Lasting Change. She teaches negotiation at Harvard Law School, where she began teaching in 1996. Erica is recognized internationally-as a thought leader who combines the deeply human aspects of negotiation with the best practices of leadership development. She is an advisor to senior leaders globally with her partners at Mobius Executive Leadership; serves as a Senior Advisor to McKinsey Leadership Development for McKinsey & Company; and also is a LinkedIn Influencer.
