Dale is a stay-at-home mom who has travelled extensively across North America, the Caribbean and Europe. Prior to raising a family, she worked in the early childhood development sector working with parents and pre-school age children in various capacities. She has also helped develop multi-media online programs for the health care arena. Dale loves seeing others develop healthy lifestyle habits that have a huge impact on the quality of their lives. This fuels her personal passion for sharing her interests in fitness and using more natural approaches to managing one’s health challenges. When Dale is not having fun learning about her passions for travel and the health sector, she can be found hiking, cycling, kayaking and skiing with the family. When they’re taking some down time, you’ll see them enjoying the outdoors by being physically active in the company of Mother Nature, whether it be exploring extensive underground cave systems in Cancun, horseback riding in the ocean in Jamaica, or scuba diving off the coast of the Grand Caymans. She’s also been known to sip on the occasional glass of wine with good friends while preparing some of her favorite Italian dishes. Above all - Dale enjoys living life to the fullest and creating lasting memories. She hopes that her travel and health books will empower you to do the same.
