Brian Anderson grew up in a poor family. He’s the son of a single mom who took care of three kids by working multiple jobs and sacrificing significantly. Brian remembers Christmas mornings with no presents and no Christmas tree as the family was struggling to pay the rent. Growing up, Brian promised himself to find the secret of financial stability and take good care of his family. From the time he can remember, Brian has been working multiple odd jobs to help his mother and to also ensure his access to education. He enrolled in a community college but eventually, a low income student grant turned his life around and enabled him to study finance as an undergraduate student. Later on, he acquired his master’s degree in financial engineering from Columbia University. While still studying, Brian became an intern in a reputable fund management company. Through the years, he managed to climb through the ranks and eventually become a partner. But something was missing and Brian wasn’t getting the professional fulfilment he anticipated. He quit his job to start his own financial consultancy firm. Through his business initiative, Brian has managed to work with dozens of people in need of financial/credit counseling. Allowing his clients to regain financial health resulted in the professional satisfaction that Brian so urgently desired. Today, Brian Anderson is still working as a financial consultant. He often writes articles on financial wellbeing and he carries out workshops/seminars on the topic. The Credit Score Blueprint is Brian’s first book on the topic of personal financial responsibility and regaining control of one’s life.
