Brandon Lee is a personal trainer for senior citizens and the author of 55 Essential Balance Exercises for Seniors.   His work follows his passion and is focused on exercise training for older adults.   Although Brandon is an entrepreneur by trade, his heart lies in his work as a personal trainer. He has spent many years training senior citizens and, during this time, has collaborated with doctors from around the world in order to develop training techniques that address and account for health issues that cause older adults to lose their balance.   His close work with medical professionals has ignited a passion for researching health and fitness and given him access to the most up-to-date scientific resources. Brandon consults with doctors at every stage of his writing process to ensure that all technical information about health, balance, and the body is completely accurate and able to address specific conditions faced by older people.   His interest in working with seniors began in childhood when he watched his grandparents struggle with their daily activities and suffer from multiple falls. Since then, he has been passionate about learning everything he can to make life easier for other seniors.   Brandon is a philanthropist and loves to travel the world, meet new people, and help out where he can. Lifelong learning and making contributions to society fuel everything he does, and he is passionate about making a difference in the world.
