Alex Orfanides M.Ost. is a hypermobility specialist osteopath and author. She works with patients with hEDS and HSD, those who suspect they may be hypermobile, and people managing the chronic pain, fatigue, and injury patterns that so often accompany these conditions. Having lived with hEDS herself, she is passionate about helping hypermobile people build body literacy and develop a deeper understanding of how their bodies work.

Alex is the host of the Help! I'm Hypermobile podcast and a guest lecturer on hypermobility at university level. Her work spans clinical practice, education, and a podcast community built around a condition she believes remains widely underserved.
