But the Blood Angels have long kept their true nature hidden from the rest of the Imperium, and when the Warmaster hints that the key to their salvation may lie in the ruins of a conquered world, the sons of Sanguinius race to claim it.

I was put off as I'd read some negativity about the narration but I found the voicing enthusiastic and well characterised, going so far as to attempt demonic voices and doing a good job of it. the story is very well written and conjures some great images in the mind, absolutely recommend this one

Good book as it's the only one to feature the angels heavily but does take a rather long time to get going

give it time to build

At first I found difficulty paying attention with the Novell's slow start but it suddenly picks up later on and finishes well (no spoilers!)
