This is the no-fluff, serious writer's guide to getting your novel started, edited, and finished. The five-draft method is designed to help you reduce your chances of overediting, which can stall your writing process and cause you to either never deem your novel finished or ruin it in any number of ways, including inputting too many slow sections, taking out all the interesting details and doing too much "showing" versus "telling".

Sarah is told throughout her entire childhood that she must wait until she's married in order to have sex. Eager to ensure that she upholds God’s plan for her life, she is dutifully compliant. She knows she must only share herself with her future husband or as a way to get closer to God, but all is not as it seems as she grows from a child into a ripe young woman in the Catholic church, which is filled with older, wiser and more experienced priests. Will they help keep her on the path of righteousness or corrupt her for their own twisted pleasures?

Alex and Lila have sailed off for trip number two to the salt mining station. Their secret relationship isn’t known to anyone but them. However, it may be put to the test when they realize that the water is far worse than it was on their last trip, and the possibility of the entire ocean dying is very real. A new order of hunters has infiltrated Beach City and the mayor's office. Marcus must remove the hunters in order to keep Beach City safe for his family and move forward with his plan to make Earth a vampire-friendly planet.

Desperate for a solution, he turns to Lila, a brilliant and nerdy scientist who might just hold the key to saving his business and the ocean. John and Misty made it to the mining station on the dark side of the moon just in time. During their transport from Dark Side One, an entire mining level in Light Side One collapsed. While John and Misty are grateful, they wonder if this station will be any better, and if they'll be able to fulfill their duties and return to Earth at the end of their contracts.

Marcus and Shadow have returned from their Beach City Vacation. Now, it's time to help Julian with his Beach City Mayor election campaign. Marcus sees it as a large step in the correct direction when it comes to taking over Beach City in the name of the vampires.

Marcus and Shadow finally take their vampire vacation, but it isn't to a luxury vampire resort. They haven't purchased that yet, but Marcus' sire is working on it. Instead, they travel back to the Jungle of the Vampire and the Pyramid City where they first met the Jungle Food.

Earth's sky is now purple, and the humans have noticed. It's not a rare sun effect or a trick on the eyes, and rioters demanding answers have appeared on the streets of Beach City. Marcus is less than thrilled, and has vowed not to put up with that behavior on another planet.

Marcus' plans are moving right along. His blooddoll stock and family is growing. Now, he just needs to stop the space agency from killing every living thing on the planet with space dust. In order to do that, he has to change Earth's atmosphere.

It’s been a challenge, but Kelly Dongle finally has Daniel’s original documents. It only took putting two slugs into that creepy antique store owner’s face, but they’re pretty sure he’s dead now. They just need to watch the news, get back to Central City and get Daniel set up in his new life. Then, Kelly’s life can get back to normal, or as normal as it’s going to be since she found a new friend, Brian, who’s a little less than above board.

Marcus’s children are maturing faster than he anticipated. He’d hoped he would have the majority of Earth culled by now, but he’s still fighting the Space Agency while he cements his financial control. Unfortunately, the government idiots seem hellbent on destroying every living thing on Earth with space dust. Unbeknownst to Shadow, however, it's not a real vacation. Marcus and Oliver want to explore the potential vampire pyramids for clues on the previous vampire races and why they didn't conquer Earth. Where they failed, Marcus plans to succeed...with their left-behind technology, of course.

Marcus may have thought his biggest problem was ensuring that they didn't alert the humans to their food creation and family expansion activities while they worked on taking over Earth, but a new threat is on the horizon. The Space Agency wants to recreate Marcus' spaceship fuel, which requires massive amounts of space dust. The problem with that is that Earth's atmosphere doesn't kill a nervous system-destroying bacteria present in the space dust. Can Marcus delay them until he can take over the planet, or will he have to change Earth's atmosphere and hope he doesn't kill everything?

The homeless shelter is renovated and ready to open just in time. They have less than a month of blood bags left, but circumstances on Earth have proven more challenging than they expected. Marcus hopes that moving them deep into the woods outside Beach City will provide them the shelter and safety they need to create their food and start Clan Carboni.

With the appearance of his old boss and ex-Bonded, Marcus is more than a little leery. These vampires are either going to be allies or competition. The race is on for Marcus to expand his businesses and take over Beach City before Caesar and Galla beat him to it or severely hinder his progress in turning Earth into a vampire haven for his family.

Misty Arva has been sent to the moon for one purpose. She is to help populate it along with three other women. Founded as a mining colony, the United Republic of States is no longer willing to spend the money it takes to transport new workers to the moon. Instead, they’ve devised a new plan.

A botanist, working for the Department of Forests, is sent into the mountains to collect seeds and specimens in order to genetically modify trees so that they grow taller and faster. While on her trip, she runs into a group of mountain men who are more than willing to show her a few of the biggest trees on the mountain. After all, it’s all about big wood and long, thick branches.

Jane Woodland is on a hiking trip to clear her mind and determine what to do next with her life when she wanders off the trail to find some purple-leaved trees. Unfortunately, she wonders so far off the trail, she gets lost. Luckily, there's a lumberjack cutting down trees. She locates him by the sound of his chainsaw, hoping he can give her directions back to the trail, but it's getting late. After traveling to his cabin for the night, she quickly discovers the trees aren’t the only things with big wood.
