This book is part memoir, history, exploration, and critique of the Jehovah's Witness religion. I was born and raised as a Jehovah's Witness. Eventually, I found myself shunned due to actions considered unacceptable by the leaders of the religion at the time. I lost everything except the shirt on my back and the shoes on my feet. I faced a series of personal setbacks as a result of being cut off from childhood friends and family.

Was Hitler an atheist? The answer is sometimes ambiguous. Some political pundits claim Hitler was an atheist, and others claim he was Christian. In the turbulent years of Nazi Germany, Adolf Hitler cynically used both the Protestant and Catholic churches to strengthen his grip on power.

My name is Owen Morgan. I was born into the Jehovah's Witnesses religion. After investigation, I have some questions that have been left unanswered. I'm asking Jehovah's Witnesses to consider these fundamental questions. If this is the Truth, Jehovah's organization will stand up to close examination. We are all looking for accurate information. My intent in writing this booklet is not to offend or attack. I don't want to hurt anybody. I simply want answers.
