Inside this treasure cove are morsels to feed on… compassionate, challenging and powerfully inspirational. They prompt reflective and ponderous thought and capture the quintessence of body, heart, mind, and soul. Through its leisurely & nonchalant walks through life, Whispers in Time illustrate vim, vigour, and vitality as it passionately grapples with day-to-day moments of our lives. This soliloquy provides a subtly endearing and spirited ambience, which is flawless and exquisite in its orchestration/ makeup.

A worm on the back of a bird that is flying is surely not something a worm should be trying. But I swear that it happened. I was there on the day when Young Saul held on tight and the bird flew away…Excuse me, my friend, but it's not safe to play. That's the third time I've seen that Bad Billy today. I'm going back down as there's work to be done. Once that bird's gone away, we can then have some fun!

Kneeling before Jesus in the tabernacle or being exposed on the altar is a magnificent gift of God. Aware of our sinfulness and the need to draw ever closer to Jesus, who did so much for us, we hope to show Him during these few minutes of prayer how much we love Him. However, being human, and despite our intent to focus on Him and nothing else, we often find our minds wandering or distracted only to suddenly realize we forgot where we were and what we wanted to do. One way of trying to maintain our attention solely on Jesus is to use a reflection prepared ahead of time in a devotional book.

As Melbourne endures some of the planet's longest pandemic lockdowns, three disconnected lives spiral toward intersecting turmoil. Family man John Clark fights to hold career and relationships intact while opinionated libertarian Jimmy Bulwark rages alone against heavy-handed government restraints. By chance these childhood acquaintances reunite just as forthright executive Nicky Chan gets callously downsized. United in outrage over Nicky's mistreatment, John and Jimmy impulsively intervene despite clashing worldviews that once kept them estranged.

What is the common root of the most significant crises facing humanity today? And what is a simple, universal tool both individuals and businesses can apply to create the most leverage for positive change? These are the two urgent questions at the heart of this book. Spurred by a turbulent entry into fatherhood, the author walks listeners through his rude awakening to the state of the modern world, into the deeper realization of the flawed mindset threatening our future – and the universal system he devised to remedy it.

Wolf Vandengetz has the ideal post for an adventurous scientist, researching prides of lions. Then he gets a promotion. With a heavy heart, he leaves his fieldwork in the Serengeti to administer a program to save endangered pangolins in Nepal. As a scientist, he’s accustomed to solving complex ecosystem mysteries but ill-equipped to tackle the politics of donation-hungry NGOs, the tragic consequences of conservation strategies gone wrong or the greed driving pangolins to extinction.

On each of the adventures, our characters get caught up in situations sometimes exciting, sometimes dangerous, and sometimes comical. Along with a host of other interesting characters attached to their adventures, these stories are written to help introduce children to a new way of looking at something that may ordinarily present a challenge.

Miles Maskell has lived a varied and adventurous life, and has travelled widely as amply demonstrated in his anecdotes. He has been a City of London wine merchant, owned two restaurants and a champagne bar, and eventually created a company letting top-of-the-range properties in southern France on behalf of their owners. Written as a lighthearted and easy-to-listen series of anecdotes, this is his autobiography and recounts some of the more entertaining experiences of his life to date, as well as a number of amusing incidents encountered by his relations and closest friends.

A mountain that fills the horizon, a dream that becomes a nightmare, a woman in search of her forgotten past and a king looking for his future: These separate but related parts are all brought together when a stranger appears in their midst, asking for help. As the story unfolds, the landscape and its inhabitants come to life with the tale moving slowly toward its inevitable climax.

This ageless story introduces us to a caterpillar named Fear. Fear is afraid of everything - the other critters who share the garden, lightning storms, being bullied, and making new friends. A chance encounter with a wise butterfly named Faith helps Fear find the courage within to experience the world in a bolder and more joy-filled way. Rosenblum’s message for children is simple yet profound: Fear is just faith turned inside out.

“A compact, well-written and well-researched book. I am sure it will be welcomed as a valuable contribution to the history of contemporary Morocco and the remarkable process of transition it is undergoing as we speak.” (Prof. Karim Bejjit, University Abdelmalek Essadi, Tetouan, Morocco)

Have Not Charity is a fascinating and profound investigation into deep and important concepts which have become obscure in modern times: sin and virtue. Alexandr Korol examines what motivates people in their actions, how goals and behaviours align, and how these are all affected both for good and ill both by virtue and by sin. He seeks to show that many ‘good’ deeds are in fact motivated by sin. This is a true modern work of ethics, in the classical sense, a guide for a better life.
