Kurz darauf geht ein anonymer Hinweis bei der Polizei ein. Nachdem Sprengstoff in der Garage der Ibrahims sichergestellt wird, nimmt man deren Sohn Nabil wegen Terrorverdachts fest. Charles Morgan und Rose Bailey zweifeln an seiner Schuld und gehen wieder einmal auf Verbrecherjagd.

Eine Geburtstagsfeier in Harry´s Pub wird nicht nur von einem unheimlichen Sturm erschüttert, sondern auch von einem mysteriösen Todesfall. Offenbar starb der alte Mr. Douglas durch das Gift eines seltenen Skorpions.
