Story
Five Skies is the story of three men gathered high in the Rocky Mountains for a construction project. Having participated in a spectacular betrayal in Los Angeles, the giant, silent Arthur Key drifts into work as a carpenter in southern Idaho. There he is hired, along with the shiftless and charming Ronnie Panelli, to build a stunt ramp beside a cavernous void. The two will be led by Darwin Gallegos, the foreman of the local ranch, who is filled with a primeval rage at God, at man, at life.

Story
Maria is, in no particular order: a concept artist at one of Canada's biggest videogame studios, the goddess of Mount Makiling in the Philippines and in love. And right now, being in love is her biggest problem. Because when Maria falls in love, tragedy and death follow - and always have. For hundreds of years. If she wants to break the cycle, it's going to take everything a goddess, her newly-befriended, anime-obsessed demon-horse and Canadian national-treasure Margaret Atwood have to make it happen.

Story
Cash McLendon has always had an instinct for self-preservation, one that was honed by an impoverished childhood and life with an alcoholic father barely scraping by on the streets of Saint Louis in 1872. He’s always had a knack for finding and capitalizing on the slightest opportunities, choosing the path of financial security over happiness or real friends. He eventually builds himself up from a Saint Louis street urchin to the son-in-law and heir apparent to industrial mogul Rupert Douglass. Though it lacks passion, his life seems securely set: a wife, a career, property, standing.
