From personal experience with his own family as well as serving and spiritually coaching those who seek his sacred listening, healing energy, big open heart, and soothing voice, Victor Fuhrman recognizes that this is the time for radical personal change. Dave Rossi, a Silicon Valley entrepreneur and luxury construction CEO, built multimillion-dollar companies before realizing his success was slowly killing him. He discovered that the same traits that built his empire — drive, dominance, control — were destroying his health, happiness, and humanity. Rossi issues a challenge to modern men: evolve.

He introduces The Omega Man — a new archetype of strength defined not by aggression but by awareness; not by competition but by consciousness. Through his story and his leadership framework, Rossi is helping high-achievers, executives, and entrepreneurs build success that doesn’t cost their soul.

  • Erica Bassani – Women in Love with the Divine
    Oct 10 2026
    Air Date - 08 October 2026

After years of Buddhist practice, including a year living in a monastery, my guest this week on Vox Novus, Erica Bassani, began looking for guidance that spoke to her experience as a woman. Her encounters explored spiritual authority within patriarchal traditions and the everyday questions that remain alongside devotion: how to listen to the body, live with uncertainty, and stay open through loss and change.

Erica Bassani is the founder of Women Awakening Project, which shares women’s spiritual wisdom through interviews, writing, and contemplative gatherings. She also created Awakening Softness, a space for embodied presence and inner listening. In interviews, she explores why women’s voices in spiritual leadership matter and how tenderness can inform the ways we respond to the world.

Her website is https://www.womenawakeningproject.com/, and she joins me this week to share her path of discovery and book, Women in Love with the Divine: A Seeker’s Exploration of Faith, Practice, and Feminine Power.

  • Alex Snider – Sometimes You Should Be Late
    Sep 25 2026
    Air Date - 24 September 2026

We live in a culture that worships urgency. Many people move through their days in a near-constant state of rushing, multitasking, reacting, and catching up. Many of us may be quietly wondering: What are we losing in the process?

My guest this week on Vox Novus, Akex Snider, explores the hidden emotional, relational, and moral costs of chronic urgency and asks a deeper question: How does the way we move through time shape the people we become? Alex Snider is a writer, facilitator and former government strategist who bridges the worlds of mission-driven leadership and mindfulness. After spending more than 15 years inside high-pressure federal environments, along with a life-altering bike accident that reshaped his perspective on urgency and attention, he began questioning whether modern life’s obsession with speed and efficiency was actually helping people live, lead, and relate more meaningfully. A meditation teacher and co-founder of Mindful Fed, Alex explores what modern busyness gives us (and what it quietly takes away).

His website is https://www.slowmindfulness.com/, and he joins me this week to share his path and new book, Sometimes You Should Be Late.
