One of the great mistakes we make in spiritual work is believing that we can not make difference alone.

In this closing episode of Series 2 of Shifting Realities, we discuss self worth. It is important that we all know that our input into spirituality is welcomed, nurtured, grown and returned multiple times. As we raise our frequency, we help those around us to raise their own, and the greater spiritual goal is enhanced and enriched.

Whether you choose to opt in or out, reflect how your response colours your life and thinking. Julie and I reject the psychology of failure: this fear of not achieving that is drummed into so many of us from childhood. Recognising the manipulation from the false matrix, and understanding how our own truth is the only way of achieving freedom to live our purpose, is absolutely available to us all.

In this episode Julie and I discuss the 0 point: that point where time has no consequence and where we can see our lives behind and ahead of us and across dimensional planes. It is here that we can reset out DNA blueprint and recalibrate.

We can access this point of reset by being still, present in a moment, conscious of ourselves, our ego and our vulnerability. It is at the 0 point that we can realise all our potential and possibility.

We, as individuals, and as a collective, are called now to raise our frequency in order to defeat the chaos that is happening both here on our planet and in the spiritual dimensions.

Our energy is needed across the earth's grid to protect the planet and all of us who depend on it for life. If we put our energy into the earth's matrix, so we put energy into the greater matrix. We connect again, to ourselves and our home as well as to the higher purpose we strive to achieve.

This week's total eclipse caused a buzz throughout the community. But beyond the buzz and speculation, what are we urged to communicate about it?

We see the eclipse as a place marker, a line in the sand. We can all cross the line into lives of higher frequency, or we can exercise our free will and stay on the side of lower frequency. Crossing the line, though, gives us the right to renegotiate our soul contracts directly with source, to rearrange our potential and to enjoy a great "reset".

Far from the doom and gloom of the disaster scenarios, then? Yes, certainly: but enough of us need to make the transition unveiled this week if we are to impact globally.

The building block of life, our DNA is far more complex and layered that we generally think.

Encoded with our biological and spiritual blueprint, it holds all the knowledge we need to live the life we chose at our moment of individual creation. All our consciousness, our memories and our potential are stored in this miraculous data base, and it is all there for us to access.
