ICYMI: Jen Belanger Nutrition now offers lactation consulting! And you know what happens to babies after they breastfeed? They need to start solids at 6 months! So for all of our lactation mamas, this one's for you!

In this episode, we are giving you all the information you need to know about starting solids through spoon feeding and purees for your baby. While we are big Baby Led Weaning fans, and have done a couple of episodes about this method way back on the pod, this week we talk about why the more traditional way of starting solids may be right for your family compared to Baby Led Weaning.

We are reposting this episode because there is a lot of hype out there about fiber these days and we thought it might be helpful to go back to the basics when it comes to fiber.
