We break down how a purchase lease option really works. It's an obligation for the landlord to sell and an option for you to buy, at a price and time agreed up front. We talk about why landlords say yes, and why understanding their pain points matters far more than forcing the strategy you want. We also cover how agreements can be tailored, from security clauses to upfront payments and monthly amounts that come off the purchase price.

Anna is also frank about the pitfalls: involving the mortgage company too late, using solicitors who haven't done this before, and assuming a deal is agreed before everyone is aligned. We also get into how it differs from rent to rent, her experience with children's care homes and supported housing, and the value of a mentor, a pipeline and marketing that brings opportunities to you.

Ok, episode 4 of my 5 part mini series and this week we're talking about lead generation and attracting investors.
