This episode of the Gem Health Podcast focuses on the 'New Patient Experience'. Many of my existing patients made the move over to Gem Health when I opened in 2023 because they understood and appreciated my passion for Family Medicine and doing all that I can to be a champion for someone's health. They could see and feel the frustrations in working in a corporate environment where the restrictions and limitations did not make my job very easy. So, these original patients were at the core of our foundation when we set out on this journey to make Gem Health a complete reinvention of a quality health care experience. So now 3 years into this quest, we have grown in large part to all of the 'New' patients who did not know me in my last clinic but have been referred over by someone or 'found' us through some due diligence in one fashion or another.

This is dedicated to their stories. I am grateful for those willing to share their personal insight into our mission and my hope is that anyone listening can truly get that sense that we honestly care and strive to do our best. As my mother would say, if you always do things the right way then you truly are 'A Gem!'
