This podcast episode we call 'The Family Perspective' as it highlights the way that Gem Health approaches the care of our families. We structure things in a very unique and special way so that parents especially have the confidence in knowing that my staff and I are always ready to help. There are no time or access restrictions whatsoever to seeking the advice or care that you need. We have an actual person who answers the phone during published work hours and you will have a voicemail or text acknowledged and responded to after hours without fail. We customize the care in whatever fashion suits the family or medical situation the best. We can do in person, video, phone or even house call visits if needed. We refer to going above and beyond as the 'Gem Way'! I hope you enjoy the perspective of one our wonderful Gem moms.
