  • FIM 46: Client Testimonial, Taking My Life Back with Megan

    This week, host Amanda Haro is joined by one of her first clients, Megan.

    Megan shares her inspiring story of being mis-diagnosed with non epileptic seizures for four years. The doctors told her that the seizures were caused by stress, but they were actually triggered by any intense emotion (ever laughed so hard you seized?).

    Megan was having multiple seizures a day when she started working with Amanda and after 3 months of coaching together, she got them down to once a few weeks and sometimes even once a few months!

    She has since been properly diagnosed with narcolepsy type 1 and has medicine to help control the seizures, but coaching was what got her through it.

    And the coaching tools she learned has helped her to permanently reduce her stress as she navigates being an entrepreneur and mom of two. Since learning how to take care of herself and prioritize herself, she has become a more patient mom.
