John Burton opens up about a life that saw him become heavily involved in organised drug supply, spend years around the criminal world, receive a 19-year prison sentence and eventually turn his experience inside prison into a mission to help others.

After years of dealing drugs and working with people across the West Midlands, John was arrested in February 2011 following a major investigation into the supply of Class A and Class B drugs. The case centred around 240 kilos of cannabis alongside cocaine, with evidence gathered from phones and people connected to the operation. John was eventually sentenced to 14 years for one offence and a further five years for another, giving him a total sentence of 19 years.

But prison wasn't new territory for John. He talks about previous experiences inside, including escaping from prison in 2000, before eventually finding himself back behind bars over a decade later. During his time in prison, he saw first-hand the people, characters and problems within the system, while also experiencing the huge personal cost of being separated from his family and watching years of his life pass by. Now, John uses those experiences to try and make a difference. Having lived through the criminal world and the prison system himself, he speaks openly about rehabilitation, the reality of long sentences and why he believes more needs to be done to help people change their lives after prison.

Keith McNicol opens up about growing up in care from the age of three, building one of the South Coast’s most iconic independent fashion stores and surviving nearly four decades in an industry that can change overnight.

Born in Glasgow in 1958, Keith spent his childhood moving between care homes in London, Torquay, Poole and Swanage. Raised by nuns and later told by his headmaster he’d never make anything of himself, Keith found his escape in music and fashion before making his way to Bournemouth and starting a life of his own.In 1988, he opened Richmond Classics on Richmond Hill and began travelling across Europe hunting down the latest brands, bringing clothes back from Paris and turning the shop into a destination people travelled from London to visit. An FHM feature sent the business to another level, while buying trips around the world saw Keith discover brands including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, True Religion and Juicy Couture. But it wasn't always glamorous. His shop was ram-raided, broken into repeatedly and, after 28 years on Richmond Hill, Keith was forced out of the building he had made his home.

Now heading into his 39th year with Richmond Classics, Keith has survived the internet, Covid and the decline of the traditional high street by sticking to what made the shop special in the first place: personality, knowledge and genuine one-to-one service. From growing up in care to travelling the world through fashion, his story is one of resilience, survival and doing what you love.

Dan Lerwell opens up about growing up in a fighting family in Swansea, becoming one of the toughest men in Wales, and finding his purpose in bare knuckle boxing. From street fights and prison to broken jaws, mental health struggles and a battle with bulimia, Dan shares the highs and lows behind the fighter people see in the ring.

Raised around fighting, Dan grew up watching his father and family members scrap, eventually finding his own path through judo, boxing and bare knuckle fighting. He opens up about the viral night out dressed as women that led to a fight, breaking his jaw in the ring, and how ADHD shaped his ability to stay focused on one thing. After years of drinking, fighting and trying to prove himself, Dan reveals how he reached one of the darkest points of his life, attempting to take his own life on his son's birthday in 2017. He speaks honestly about living with bipolar disorder, ADHD and suicidal thoughts, losing friends to suicide, and how the gym and fighting helped save him.

Today, Dan continues to fight while using his platform to raise awareness of autism, inspired by his son Theo, who is autistic and non-verbal. Anthony Noble opens up about serving drugs to a corrupt cop, nine years in prison, building a £12 million empire and losing it all to cocaine and gambling - before rock bottom led him to help others break free from addiction.

Raised by loving parents Lynne and John, Anthony found solace in dance from age six, traveling the world before depression pulled him back to his parents' house after overstaying his Australian visa at sixteen. Cocaine was meant to ease the pain - it became his life for twenty years. He started serving up to drug dealers to fund his habit, unknowingly becoming entangled in a corruption investigation when he delivered an ounce to an undercover officer. That drop changed everything. Prison, he says, saved his life. But clean on the other side, Anthony rebuilt - hard. Within three years he'd scaled a facilities management company from £700k to £12 million turnover. Behind the Rolexes, the yacht, and the flash was a man sniffing 6-10 grams daily, gambling his wins away on slots and horses, buying things to fill an empty soul. Then COVID hit, the business collapsed, and he ended up living in a van, showering at the gym.

The real breaking point came when his unborn son was diagnosed with a rare brain disease. After weeks at Great Ormond Street, Anthony held his dying boy in his arms and pressed the button to turn off the machine. He spiralled back into cocaine and pills for months before his parents took him back in - no drugs, no drinking, just the gym and a desperate search for answers. Now five years clean, Anthony has studied human behavior, psychology and neurology. He built the "Noble Reset" - a framework that rewires the eight to ten life elements driving addiction - and mentors men through recovery. He's done ayahuasca in Peru to process his grief, rebuilt his relationship with his daughter, and recently watched his father tell him: "I'm so proud of you."

Matt Robson opens up about how he went from airline pilot to building a multi-million pound property business and the mindset that turned quality properties into serious money.

Never comfortable as an employee, Matt was flying for Cathay Pacific in Hong Kong making five figures monthly when the market priced him out. So he started buying back home in Middlesbrough for £100,000 - pulling 6-7 percent yields. By 2016, he had a dozen properties generating income while he slept. Mates kept asking for advice, so he built a website and started a business. His first deal: a house on a £110,000 street that he got for £77,000.

What he discovered changed everything - cheap properties are a false economy. Tenants respect nice things and they hold value. Quality stock in the sweet spot compounds. Now running a multi-million pound operation, he's spotted what everyone's missing: Middlesbrough is changing. Treasury relocating. Net Zero Teesside launching. A million pounds there gets you a spectacular house. Same million in Bournemouth gets a decent semi. His philosophy: every day, get one percent better.

Nigel Thompson "Jumpin Jack Frost" opens up about becoming one of the founding voices of jungle music and the years of addiction and prison that shaped the journey behind it.

Raised in 1970s Brixton in a West Indian household steeped in sound-system culture, Frost was sneaking into local dances by age nine and expelled from school for fighting, all while his father served a 12-year sentence for armed robbery. He got his start on pirate radio alongside lifelong friend and business partner Brian G, before breakbeat and acid house pulled him toward what became jungle. He tells the story of recording "Burial" in a single five-hour session while out on bail on a firearms charge that later put him in prison, releasing it under the alias Leviticus and only decades later watching Def Jam rerelease it as an anniversary record.

Behind the music was a slide into addiction that spiralled during lockdown, before he got clean three and a half years ago and nursed his mother through terminal cancer. Now he mentors young DJs and people in recovery, rebuilding bonds with his six children and nine grandchildren.
