🍸✨ He nearly died. Then he built a Med Spa empire. This one's personal — and it just might change how you think about your health and your business.

🎙️ Ricky Regalado sits down with Paul Leix — Illinois entrepreneur, co-founder of Vida Health and Solaié Wellness, and serial business builder who has launched everything from peptide companies to clothing lines, bars, and car washes — a true zero-to-builder who's been grinding in Chicago for decades. 💥

And trust us… the gems don't stop coming. 💎

🚀 Here's just a taste of what they get into:

🫀 Stage 4 kidney failure & a life-changing transplant — Paul's most raw, personal story and how nearly losing everything led him to open Vida Health just 6 months after his transplant

💊 The peptide revolution — What they are, why Paul says every entrepreneur should be on them, and the truth about the industry's Wild West regulation problem

🧠 Stress is the #1 killer for entrepreneurs — Why managing cortisol, hormones, and mindset isn't optional — it's your business survival strategy

🍷 Testosterone, hormones & the myths holding men AND women back — The conversation most business owners aren't having… but desperately need to

🏥 From a 10-year dream to Vida Health — and now Solaié Wellness in St. Charles — How Paul is building a patient-centered med spa brand built on real care, not cookie-cutter treatments

💡 Fail forward, own everything — Paul's unfiltered take on running multiple businesses, hating management, loving ownership, and why you HAVE to fail before you can win

🎙️ Whether you're a cleaning business owner under a million, scaling to $50M+, a supplier rep, a facility manager, or a tech founder — this episode is for YOU. 🧹🏢💼

Paul doesn't just talk theory. He's built and burned businesses across industries, survived a near-fatal health crisis, and came out the other side stronger — opening Vida Health six months post-transplant and never looking back. This is real talk, real strategy, and real value. 🚀

🔚 And he ends it with his vision for the future — more locations, a compound pharmacy, and why he believes taking care of your body IS the greatest investment any entrepreneur can make.

🎙️ Ricky Regalado sits down with John Sosville — Founder of Sosville Capital & Platform Brokerage, M&A Advisor with 20 years of selling businesses, and the man behind CleaningExits.com — who has advised on over $100M in acquisitions across hundreds of deals and has made it his mission to protect the small cleaning business owner in a game that's been rigged for big buyers. 💥

And trust us… the gems don't stop coming. 💎

🚀 Here's just a taste of what they get into:

💰 Where Valuation REALLY Comes From — Forget top-line revenue. John breaks down the three things that actually determine what your cleaning company is worth.

🏆 The Sweet Spot — Why the $250K–$1M sale price range has the most buyers, and how to use that competition to your advantage.

🤝 Acquisition Partnership™ — The one thing that matters more than price when selling your business. John's term. John's concept. Write it down.

🔥 Build. Exit. Repeat. — Why your first exit might be the smartest business decision you ever make, and why almost nobody talks about it.

📋 The Exit Readiness Checklist — The exact tool every cleaning business owner needs to have (but almost no one does), and why being exit-ready means running your dream business right now.

🚨 The Highest Offer Is NOT the Best Offer — Earnouts, holdbacks, terms, and the isolation tactics big buyers use to grind sellers into the ground.

🎙️ Whether you're a cleaning business owner under a million, scaling to $50M+, a supplier rep, a facility manager, or a tech founder — this episode is for YOU. 🧹🏢💼

John doesn't just talk theory. He built one of the first Managed IT Services companies in Colorado, founded multiple businesses, studied internationally, and spent 20 years in the trenches of M&A — from ATM portfolios across 35+ states to commercial cleaning deals. He's brokered over $100M in transactions. His entire mission is getting the little guy to play at a level playing field with the big buyers. This is real talk, real strategy, and real value. 🚀

🔚 And he ends it with the one thing most cleaning business owners are afraid to do — but that could change everything about how they build from here.

🍸✨ He got fired, landed in paving 13 days later, and built an 8-figure national company in under 4 years. This one hits different.

🎙️ Ricky Regalado sits down with Alex Iannessa — Founder & CEO of EnRoads Paving, and Founding Member of The Lighthouse Vistage CE Group — a Chicago-area entrepreneur who built a national pavement management company from the ground up, now operating across 48 states with a simple philosophy: treat people how you want to be treated. 💥

And trust us… the gems don't stop coming. 💎

🚀 Here's just a taste of what they get into:

🔥 Fired in 13 Days, Paving in 14 — How getting let go from his first real job led Alex straight into the industry that would change his life forever.

💰 Raising $500K from Friends & Family — The fear, the pressure, and how EnRoads returned the capital in under 12 months and doubled investor money by the end of year two.

🔄 Less Transactional, More Transformational — Why Alex spent 9 years nurturing one single client relationship before it paid off — and why patience is his biggest competitive advantage.

🧠 Grit vs. Strategy — Why working harder gets you started but strategy is what scales you. The mindset shift that unlocked the next level three and a half years in.

🤝 Find Your Samurai — The story of finding the right operating partner, why that one decision unlocked the 8-figure milestone, and what happens to founders who try to go it alone.

🏢 The Cleaning & Paving Crossover — What cleaning contractors, facility managers, and property owners need to know about pavement maintenance and why these industries serve the exact same people.

🎙️ Whether you're a cleaning business owner under a million, scaling to $50M+, a supplier rep, a facility manager, or a tech founder — this episode is for YOU. 🧹🏢💼
Alex doesn't just talk theory. He started flipping barricades at 19, got fired, found his footing in paving, and now manages complex pavement assets for national accounts across 48 states. This is real talk, real strategy, and real value. 🚀

🔚 And he ends it with the paradox every entrepreneur needs to hear — why the very mindset that launches your business is the same one that will hold it back if you don't evolve. Simple. Powerful. You're going to want to hear it.

🍸✨ He got fired at 24 with no savings, no plan — and built a 7-figure cleaning company in 3 years. This one is REAL.

🎙️ Ricky Regalado sits down with Matthew Christou — Co-Founder of Big League Clean, automation expert, and one of the most exciting young entrepreneurs in the cleaning industry — a guy who turned $30,000 in credit card debt, unemployment checks, and 3:45 AM wake-up calls into a multi-state, 7-figure operation trusted by Lululemon, Penske, Greystar, and Restoration Hardware. 💥
And trust us… the gems don't stop coming. 💎

🚀 Here's just a taste of what they get into:

⚾ The Big League Clean origin story — How a TikTok, a chance meeting with co-founder Nash, and a minor league baseball dream turned into one of the fastest-growing commercial cleaning brands in America.

💳 $30K in debt, no income, grinding at 3:45 AM — The raw, unfiltered story of what the first six months of building a cleaning business actually looks like. No sugarcoating.

🧠 Imposter Syndrome is your superpower — Why feeling like you don't belong in the room is actually the exact sign you should be there — and how to use it as fuel.

🤖 Automations that changed everything — The exact missed call workflow, review control system, and Dream 100 outreach strategy that helped Big League Clean run without Matt or Nash being the bottleneck.

🖱️ The efficiency gift you didn't know you needed — Matt gifts Ricky live on camera and breaks down the MX Master mouse + Whisper combo that eliminated his keyboard entirely and 3-5X'd his daily output.

📈 Running a 7-figure business in 5 hours a week — How Big League Clean built automated systems that grow the business whether they're there or not — and how YOU can too.

🎙️ Whether you're a cleaning business owner under a million, scaling to $50M+, a supplier rep, a facility manager, or a tech founder — this episode is for YOU. 🧹🏢💼Matt doesn't just talk theory. He's lived every painful, unglamorous, credit-card-maxing moment of it — and now he's giving away the exact automations that run Big League Clean, completely free. This is real talk, real strategy, and real value. 🚀

🔚 And he ends it with a challenge that every cleaning business owner needs to hear — whether you're on day one or year twenty.

🗺️ The 4D Roadmap™ — Discover. Develop. Deploy. Delight. A game-changing framework that bridges marketing AND sales into one powerful growth engine.

🤝 Clients vs. Customers — Why the word you use changes everything about how you show up, sell, and retain.

🔍 The power of curiosity — Why the best salespeople ask more than they talk — and how it transforms every relationship.

📈 Retention is your growth strategy — Why keeping what you have IS the formula for scaling fast and smart.

🎙️✨ Buckle up for another power-packed episode of Cleaning & Cocktails, where we sit down with two trailblazers who are completely rewriting the rules of the cleaning industry! This one is LOADED with real talk on sales, tech, pricing strategy, and what it actually takes to scale. 🚀

🌟 Greg Sack, Co-Founder & CRO of PINCH, is not your typical cleaning industry insider — and that's exactly what makes him dangerous. From selling a logistics company to FedEx at age 38, to diving headfirst into multifamily property management, Greg saw a broken system and built something better. PINCH started as an Uber-style cleaning app, pivoted hard, and has evolved into a nationwide, provider-friendly powerhouse that's changing how property managers handle turnover cleaning forever. If you want to hear what it looks like to fail fast, pivot smart, and build with purpose — Greg's story is everything. 💼🔥

🏢 Sara Coen, Director of Business Development at PINCH, is a sales force of nature. With 10+ years around commercial buildings, 5+ years in franchising, and 20+ years in sales — Sara brings the kind of street-level, boots-on-the-ground expertise that closes deals and protects providers. She walked into a conversation with Greg and said "why wait?" to going national — and landed herself a job offer. That's the energy she brings every. single. day. 💪✨

🔵 Together, Greg and Sara are on a mission at PINCH (pinch.cleaning) — a single, streamlined solution for property management teams to manage all their turnover and common area cleaning needs across multiple properties. One vendor. Standardized invoicing. A national network of vetted, trained cleaning teams. The industry's lowest cleaning fees. This isn't just a company — it's a movement. 💰📊

🎬 In this episode, we get into ALL of it:
* How PINCH went from a failed app to a nationwide B2B platform 🔄
* Why communication — not cleaning quality — is the #1 reason clients switch providers 🗣️
* The "race to the bottom" pricing trap and how to escape it 💸
* Why mid-size property managers are the BIGGEST untapped opportunity right now 🏗️
* How PINCH trains providers on the business of cleaning — not just how to clean 🎓
* The truth about tech adoption: stop building apps nobody asked for 📵
* Why you're not in the cleaning business — you're in the people business 🤝
* And the one sassy comment that got Sara hired on the spot 😂

This episode will hit different whether you're a cleaning business owner, a property manager, or a sales professional trying to level up. Real stories. Real strategy. Real fire. 🔥
