  • the grass is greener where you water it
    Jul 3 2026

EP 103. The mantra ‘the grass is greener where you water it’ has been coming up in my life a lot lately, so let’s chat about it. I’ve been struggling to stay present in my current chapter of life in Paris and caught myself comparing my life to others and falling into the trap of ‘their grass is greener’. Today I want to talk through how this mantra has been helping me come back to the present moment, practice gratitude for this chapter of life, knowing it’s not forever, and 5 ways to help yourself stay present in the chapter of life you’re in.

    1. get off social media
    2. define your values
    3. nothing lasts forever, so enjoy it
    4. make a short term bucket list
    5. identify grounding practices that work for you

  • taking action even when you don’t feel ready
    Jun 22 2026

EP 102. New look, same podcast, welcome to By Design :) After a bit of a break, I’m so happy to be back to share this rebrand and get back to sharing what’s been on my heart lately. Life has been full of uncertainty and I’ve been feeling a lot of fear around showing up and knowing what next step to take. But guess what… there’s never a ‘right’ next step, no choice is the ‘wrong choice’, all we can do is feel that fear, face that fear, and take action anyway!

    Apr 22 2026

EP 100. let’s chat self trust. life has been testing my self trust lately and I’ve come to understand that I still have a lot of growing and learning to do in this area. self trust and listening to yourself is not a perfect journey with a beginning, middle, and end, it changes form and evolves over time, which is what makes life so beautiful and messy at the same time. I wanted to chat through some ways I’m working to build self trust, deepen my relationship with myself, and ultimately just listen to myself, my needs, and my desires. happy episode 100!

what we chat through in this episode:

    • not seeking perfection
    • eliminating distractions
    • asking yourself what you think
    • creating space to feel your emotions
    • allowing yourself to change your mind
    • showing love to past versions of yourself
