The exercises are SO GOOD! They really shifted my thinking.

What other book might you compare Worthy to, and why?

There are similarities to Debbie Ford's book Dark Side of the Light Chasers, which is understandable as Debbie was her teacher. But they are different and Nancy has brought her own experience to create the exercises.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I listened to a chapter a day when I was on retreat and I did all the exercises. It is worth re-listening to, it is so good!
