A gentle tale

A very gentle tale and great to pass the time on a train journey. The characters are believable but for me, there was not enough going on in the story. It made my train journey more enjoyable but I felt it could have gone a lot further.....perhaps I need to go through more of the series to get what I felt was missing.

It's a full moon

This is a fun quick listen. This is a Meredith Potts fun quirky story, written under the pen name Amelia Morgan and is just what I have come to expect and enjoy from Meredith. There isn't any real mystery to the story (no murder to solve) it is more about using watch craft to solve an ancient old curse of the werewolf. It was fun listening to Meredith's take on how it could be done and there was certainly enough drama to keep a car journey interesting.
The narrator is quite good and does put in a lot of emotion in each character.
I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Fun story

I really enjoyed this book. A mix of magic and a sweet love story involving a werewolf boyfriend and a witch. Fun listen, especially near Halloween!

A well-written short read from a very good author

Witches, Werewolves, and Murder (Enchanted Bay Witch Cozy Mystery Book 11), my sixth short read/listen from author Amelia Morgan. Another well-written & enjoyable, a cute, clean cozy mystery. I was given an Audible copy of this book & am voluntarily reviewing it. I was impressed and enjoyed the vocal variety & inflections of narrator Stephanie Quinn as I have in all books narrated by her. I look forward to reading more in this series & from this author and since I own other books by her it will be easy. (RIP Marley January 20, 2014 - July 24, 2018)

A quick, entertaining, but simple supernatural story

Witches, Werewolves, and Murder is an entertaining book in the Enchanted Bay series of cozy mysteries. However if you are reading this book expecting a murder mystery, you are bound to be disappointed. This book focuses on Meg and her boyfriend (cop and werewolf) Connor and their supernatural quandary. It’s a quick and simple read (or listen).

The narrator of the book does an all right job, though I personally found her voice a little annoying at times. Perhaps it is because the emotions didn’t quite ring true in her reading.

I received a complimentary copy of this audiobook. This is my honest and voluntary review.

Is there really a cure?

Fun! Fun! Fun! with an edge of suspense, Amelia Morgan has come up with a great story! Meg has come up with a possible cure for werewolves, and her boyfriend Connor cannot wait to try it. With worry and fear, Meg and her friends prepare for the task, with their magic and the light of a full moon. Will it work? Will Connor survive? Is it worth the risk? And will Connor still want to be with Meg if he is normal? So many questions, such a fast paced fun listen. Give this a try. Stephanie Quinn's narration will make you smile, frown and find that happy spot in your heart.

Spells and more!

witches, werewolves, romance, fun, suspense

Reversing the werewolf curse sounds great, but it can be very dangerous so there's a lot of suspense packed into this little book. The good stuff was Meg taking Connor for a broomstick ride.
I wasn't enamored of some of the voices used by narrator Stephanie Quinn.

Wotches, Werewolves and Mirder

As I enjoyed the cosy mysteries series, I thought I would try the witches series, but will rather stay with the cosy mystery, where you go through the solving of a murder. I would still recommend this series of you are into witches etc.
