It is a really good exploration of witchcraft for newcomers, beginner witches and non-witches. As someone who started on this practice 20 years ago, this is the kind of resource that would have helped a lot. I say this because it shows new witches what else is there! Especially if the only books you could find were strictly Wiccan. That said, I’d regret not reading it, because the narration is super wonky, with random pauses and a cadence of someone who doesn’t know how the sentence is going to end. It took me out a bit. All that said, if you’re a more advanced practitioner, who’s always in online spaces; it probably doesn’t add much.
