Tremendously distressing at times, it shines a light on the cunning of predators and how they succeed in their ultimate goal and the almost inevitable result this has for the individual and those around them.

A huge story

How very sad Willows story was and all because the people who were supposed to look after children's welfare are it seems more interested in not being sued. Well for one Rupert should definitely not had a promotion for how badly he handed thing's, he should have been accountable for saying thing's in front of Willow that were for Louise and him to discuss privately. As for sending Willow away from the people she loved was cruel and heartless, she certainly wasn't safe in this unit. My conclusion is child welfare needs a complete overall just a few weeks ago a little girl had been beaten for years and the social workers didn't notice it was going on & she ended up dead. I think they are so wrapped up with trying no to upset the adults they are missing the point of what their job is Thank god for carer's like Louise who are not afraid to stand up & shout how broken this system is

Louise, you have a gift, which is fortified by your depth of knowledge and training.

When I listened to this, my heart melted at the way in which you love all, just as though they are your own. Willow was able to live in the warmth of this love, and I had tears at every account of the way in which you loved her; calling her 'my little darling', how she would put her head on your shoulder.... the trust she eventually was able to put in you.... disclosing something so unfathomably horrid. But the most tears I've ever cried at any of your memoirs, was the outcome of this story. Oh my ... please God keep this beautiful child safe, until you can one day be together again.

The saddest story I've ever heard...
