Summary
There are worse things than getting trapped in a cabin during a blizzard with her best friend’s big brother, hockey star Elio!

Wild and Wicked
I highly enjoyed this listen.
It was cute and steamy.
I love the way Elio and Gianna’s relationship starts and blooms before our eyes. The chemistry between them. All the cute moments. How Elio listens to her and doesn’t find her weird for her quirks.
I just enjoyed it all. Highly recommend and I can’t wait to check out the other books in the series.

A Steamy & Heartfelt Delight! Awesome🎧📚🎧Listen!
Mari Carr created something very special with this series and the “Italian Stallions” world and characters and it has become one of my favorite series, stories to get lost in and enjoy, escapism at its best. The Italian stallion for the fourth Elio Moretti’s story, a professional hockey player who is at the top of his game, he is also a player off the ice, a player with the ladies, never settling down, at least that is how he used to think, he is having second thoughts on that stance. He is also thinking about retiring from professional hockey, he is missing being away from his family so much. He is taking some quiet time for himself in the family cabin to think things over, except he is not alone, his sister’s friend Gianna is there, the girl he stole a kiss from while standing under the mistletoe when he was visiting his family for the holidays. Gianna needed to get away after a breakup with her boyfriend of eleven years, and then finding out he cheated on her before they broke up. Her best friend suggested she use her family’s cabin since it was empty so she could get some me time and regroup, not knowing her brother would be there. This is a fabulous, forced proximity, surprise pregnancy, sports romance, a romance between two who met at the right time in their life, each one on the cusp of change. Gianna, a planner through and through, lists and all, she even worn off on Elio, who started some lists of his own. I thought these two were great together and for each other, but after their snowed in escapade they had to go back to their everyday lives, he back to play hockey and she going back to work with plans of a new job. This wonderfully plotted story is entertaining and has a perfect balance of drama, charm, heartfelt emotions and steamy romance. Mari Carr, thank you for another amazing story and emotional rollercoaster ride.
🎧📚🎧 And for the fabulous narration, Marina Barrett and Theo Sinclair continue to knock the series out of the park. They do an amazing job portraying the characters, giving each a voice that suits that character’s persona and are believable in every role they play. You could hear how much heart they put into their work as they capture all the characters’s emotions and project them in their performance, having you feel every single one. These versatile voice artists are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another amazing listen.

Hot and Wicked!
Another great book/audio by Mari Carr with Narrators Theo and Marina. This time we get Gianna and Elio's Story. They both end up at his family cabin unbeknowst to each other. As they navigate the week snowed it, they find out a lot about each other. SHe was so meticulous with her lists and planning while he was fly by the seat guy. But they worked. I loved how they didnt tell anyone about them being together.
Great Story highly recommend.

A Surprise Pregnancy Hockey Romance
Wild and Wicked by Mari Carr is a surprise pregnancy hockey romance that I listened on audio narrated by Marina Barrett and Theo Sinclair. This is the fourth book in the Italian Stallions series.
I loved the relationship between Elio and Gianna. I really enjoyed getting both of their points of views throughout the story. It really brought the story to life.
I can't wait for the next book in the series Hot and Heavy to be released on July 18, 2023, so I can get Kayden, Aldo, and Hazel's story.
Theo and Marina did a great job on the narration. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future.
I would recommend this book if you like one night stand romances, surprise pregnancy romances, hockey romances, or contemporary romances.
