Simple, practical real world tools

So pleasurable to hear a calming, realistic attitude to wellness,mental health and other challenges.

In a world of 'can do', '100% positive' and 'losers finish last' attitude , it's great to listen to simple tools and explanations of why we do what we do and how to break the cycle of issues we all suffer from time to time

If only I knew it all earlier!

Amazing listen!

I had the hard copy of this book but gave it to a friend in need so I downloaded the audio version.

This is a great book for with small simple skills to make the big changes you need to help navigate life, relationships. I will be listening to this again and again. Thank you

Easy and mindful

This was great to listen too and has given me great thoughts on how I can help my struggling daughter but also on helping myself. It really has been a brilliant find.
Just sad I can’t find the PDFs that are referred too as I have listened as an audio book.
