This book was certainly worth the read. Melanie's journey is both inspirational and heart warming. Other lesser people may have walked away knowing they were getting involved with someone ill, but not the author. Melanie had the courage despite knowing Paul was ill to sstand by him and to make the most of the time they had together. The story of the journey they were both on and the aftermath really makes you appreciate life and think about your own mortality and making the most of the time we have on this earth.

A very thought provoking read
