I got into Pilates because of my Aunt. She is still very mobile, and now she is nearly 84 years old. However, she doesn't go to classes anymore. This was a really good audiobook as it takes moves that you may already understand from classes and allows you to safely perform the moves using the wall. The audiobook came with a PDF with illustrations. This was an important addition, so you can be sure you perform the moves safely and correctly. There was also a 28-day challenge. By completing the challenge, you build consistency and feel a sense of achievement.
