Another good audiobook by two really good narrators!👏

The storyline of this one was really good, but I felt it was greatly spoiled by the number of times it was interrupted by s€x scenes! A few times I'd have been fine with, as the story was so gripping and the romance deserved it.🤷🏻‍♀️

I'm disappointed this felt ruined by the amount of steam. The storyline would've stood alone without it!⭐️ It's still definitely worth reading and listening to, though!📖 🎧

I loved book one, the narration and the story building. But book 2 wasn't for me. I felt it lacked storyline considering the length of the book. Nearly whole chapters of Thea and Wilders antics then again in the next and the next. I'm not a prude but I don't want it constantly. I'm going to listen to book 3 and hope that it meets up to book 1s expectations.

There is not one thing I didn’t like about this book. Book one was great… book to was amazing!

I feel like both the author and the characters lost the plot in this one. I loved that the first in this series had great world building, a fierce female lead who didn’t immediately give up all her dreams when the male lead wandered in BUT this one was all ‘we can’t be together’ and then IMMEDIATELY they were at it. Definitely too much ‘sword play’ and not enough sword training in this instalment. The story progression got neglected.
I’ll try the third and reserve judgement as I really want to see how it progresses but I was disappointed in this as a whole.
