Happily having a binge through this series, I figured where this one would end up going but enjoyable nonetheless, after the cliff hanger from the last book I decided to hang off on fitting Slaying The Shadow Prince in until after this book and I'm happy with that decision as with the ending of this one it feels like it might flow a little better for me, it's a series I can get lost in, I can imagine the world, really like all the characters, the romance and loving Kipp even more after this one,

The third book gets the story back on track in terms of direction compared to the second but I fully believe the second one had to be the way it was in order to get the full feelings of the main characters. Again excellent banter and character development and a great continuing story. Very much looking forward to how this series ends.

Another wonderful audiobook.👏

I really feel like the author has done a good job with storytelling, worldbuilding, building a wonderful found family group, and really making us care about these characters and this world.😍

I didn't enjoy how stubborn, dismissive, and deaf-earred Thea was towards her two best friends, Kipp and Cal, and then towards Wilder as well. She really learned learned to regret her choices!😔

This book was full of anxiety and heartache. There is still too much smex for me. It just doesn't need this amount, with how good the writing and story are.🤷🏻‍♀️
