Some reasonable ideas here but really no food should be labelled as bad - not even junk food! It’s just either nutritionally dense or not! Yes it’s good to eat mostly nutritionally dense foods, but eating too “clean” is hard to stick to!
Labelling food bad causes guilt and an unhealthy relationship with food!
No food will make you fat if you are in a caloric deficit. Calories ARE King - (which maybe makes water Queen and macros Princes 😂)

Also - while the idea of only eating when physically hungry is absolutely right - in reality it is not possible for most people who have to hold down a job! If I don’t eat breakfast by 8:30am I will have to go without as no other chance to eat until 1pm!
