    About this episode

We’re going to be discussing something that everyone experiences after birth, and that is the leaking of bodily fluids, namely blood, sweat, milk and tears! We’re going to share our personal experiences and hopefully reassure people that blood loss after birth, night sweats and leaky boobs are all very normal. We’re going to try and keep it light hearted but also ensure people know what to expect and offer any advice we might have.

Warm, funny and relatable!

It's so great to hear a podcast that talks about women's experiences in a real, open and honest way! I love hear about others experiences of birth and postpartum (even more so after welcoming our daughter) and this pod is perfect: full of information, recognisable situations and laughs.
