If you think you're self-sabotaging your relationships you need to listen to this audiobook. It shows you how to release your own power and quit getting stuck along the way. I've already begun putting some of the ideas and suggestions from the book into practice, and I can immediately see that I'm becoming better. I would advise any of your friends that struggle with negative thought patterns to listen to this audiobook.

This was an incredible book on how we are constantly sabotaging every important aspect of our lives and how we may or may not even be aware of it. Self-sabotage is nothing to be ashamed of when you are unaware of it, but does need to be corrected as soon as possible. If you are looking to rise to your "true potential" as the title says, this is the perfect book to get you there.

Being someone who has struggled with self-sabotage for the vast majority of my life, finding this book was key to me. Mia Hammond did an excellent job in outlining typical ways one may self-sabotage across key areas of our lives and provided effective and easy-to-implement strategies we can start using straight away to curb these behaviours. As she explains, it is all about 1- understanding what self-sabotage looks like, 2- acknowledging our behaviour(s), 3- identifying triggers, 4- stopping them on their tracks.

The narration is also fantastic. Highly recommend!

This was a well researched and well written book!

It is important to get to the root cause of self-sabotage. The author nailed it! I loved the way the difference between conscious and unconscious self-sabotaging behavior was explained. I also found the 10 steps to rewire your brain to stop thinking negatively extremely helpful.

This is such a great book and we'll narrated!

I think the author has done a great job in exploring psychological aspects of self awareness. The techniques presented are very useful in creating a mindset of self awareness and prevent counter productive thoughts. My friend and I enjoyed listening very much. We love all the techniques of this book.
